the usefulness of uselessness
My mind experienced a dew-drop from the Lord’s when I heard within me: “No one is useless, not even the Devil”
Proverbs 16:4 says: “GOD made everything with a place and purpose; even the wicked are included — but for judgment. (MSG)”
There is a place for everyone who decides to do nothing about their destiny. This is because, an indecision to do anything is still a decision made in ignorance.
You may wonder why people only text you when they want to while away time or indulge in fleeting pleasures: and then you end up feeling used or worse, useless. While there is nothing wrong with having a good time with your folks, there is a time for everything.
Again, there is a place for everyone who decides to do nothing about their destiny. Just as clothes are useful for covering and adornment, rags are also useful, but for condescending purposes. An unprofitable person in the hands of God, is a useful person in the hands of the Devil.
But there is hope. You can turn a new leaf; work on that dream in your heart; make the world a better place and be a valuable representative of heaven.
My brotherly advice; be valuable.
